Position Overview
The Floor Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and leading the front-of-house team. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality to enhance guest experiences while optimizing business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management & Leadership
● Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, runners, and barbacks throughout service.
● Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and motivating the team.
Operations & Compliance
Qualifications & Skills
● 2+ years of experience in restaurant or nightlife management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
● Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
● In-depth knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality service standards.
● Ability to handle high-energy, fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
● Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory management.
Schedule & Expectations
● Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
